Delivery and Returns Policy.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer FREE delivery in the UK on all orders placed over £40.00.
For orders under £40.00, a shipping fee of £4.95 (Inc. VAT) will apply.
For orders placed before 2pm, we aim to deliver the next working day. For orders placed after 2pm, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.
The following exceptions apply:
Scottish Highlands – 2 working days
Northern Ireland – 3 working days
Offshore – 5 working days
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Please note these delivery timescales are not guaranteed and can be influenced by varying conditions such as carrier demand and weather conditions.
Delivery will take place at the address specified by you when you placed your order with us.
You are responsible for the Products once they have been delivered to the address specified by you when you placed your order with us. In other words, the risk in the Products passes to the Customer when you are in receipt of the delivery, or a third-party notification.
RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Nielsen Design Limited, however, if you’ve had a change of heart or received an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, or that is faulty, you can return most items to us for an exchange or refund.
To arrange a return, simply email nielsenshop@nielsendesign.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery, stating your order number, name and reason for return. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible to provide directions for returning the item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the date that we were notified of the return request. The product should be sent well packaged, in new and unused condition and in its original box and/or packaging. All returns need to be sent to Nielsen Design Limited in accordance with the methods and directions given by our Customer Service Team.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (including shipping costs), and we aim to process your refund within 1-5 working days of receiving the returned package. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing once the items arrive at our facility, and up to 5 days during busy periods.
If you believe your product to be faulty/defective, please contact our Customer Service Team who will advise you of your options.
